Enjoy a delicious farm to table luncheon with your friends and neighbors, followed by an optional tour and conversation with Joe Salisbury, the resident farmer at Gibbet Hill. Joe ensures that the menus are locally sourced and the chef shapes
his menu from what is seasonally available. Entrees include a variety of
salads, cheeses, meats, and soups that range in price from $15.00 to $25.00.
Attendees pay for their own meals. Those participating on the farm tour
should wear sturdy, waterproof shoes.
