What is this?
Come Walk With Us!

John Tinker Trail, Nod Road

Friday, October 15th at 1:00

Paul Funch and Pat Hartvigsen will lead a guided walk on the John Tinker Trail here in Groton. Paul was instrumental in the creation of this ¼ mile long accessible trail located in the J. Harry Rich State Forest. The trail is flat with benches and lovely views along the way.

We will gather at the trail head on Nod Rd. (at a gated parking area on the left, approximately ½ mile ENE from Rte. 119 where it crosses the Nashua River) at 1:00 on Friday, October 15. Feel free to bring water and a light snack to enjoy at the picnic tables at the end of the trail.

We are excited to share this walk in the woods with you. Please RSVP by email or call me at 448-6589 so we know how many hikers to expect.

Remember that Groton Neighbors can arrange a ride if you need one! Just contact the office by service@grotonneighbors.org or phone (978-272-0123).
